Welcome to Three Blue Brushes Studio! By registering for a class, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We’ve kept things simple, but please read through so we’re all on the same page.
Class Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if minimum enrollment isn’t met. If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens! Our cancellation policy:
If you cancel 48+ hours before class: You’ll receive a full refund or credit toward another class.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before class: We’re unable to offer a refund, but you’re welcome to send someone else in your place.
No-shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits.
If you reschedule to a different date, the same policies still apply — cancellations made within 48 hours of the rescheduled date are not refundable. No-shows will not receive refunds or credits.
Private event bookings may have different terms, which will be shared at the time of booking.
Studio Etiquette
We’re all about creating a fun, welcoming, and safe space. By attending a class, you agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect
Follow safety instructions for tools and materials
Be responsible for your personal belongings
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave (with no refund) if their behavior negatively impacts others or the studio environment.
Photos & Social Media
During classes, we may take photos or videos to use in our marketing and social media. We love showing off your creativity!
If you'd prefer not to appear in any photos, just let us know at the start of class — no problem at all.
Intellectual Property
All class content, designs, and materials are the property of Three Blue Brushes Studio and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
Website Use
Please don’t use our website for anything unlawful or disruptive. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up-to-date, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in our classes or using our services, you agree that Three Blue Brushes Studio is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation, whether in-person or online.
