🎨 Beginning Watercolor Class – Learn, Practice & Paint a Landscape
Curious about watercolor but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly painting class is the perfect way to dip your brush into the world of watercolor art! Whether you’re brand new to painting or returning after a break, we’ll guide you through essential techniques, practice exercises, and a relaxing landscape project you’ll be proud to frame.
We’ll start with the basics: brush techniques, color blending, washes, and more. Then, you’ll apply what you’ve learned to create an 9" x 12" loose, abstract landscape — a style that celebrates watercolor’s dreamy, free-flowing beauty.

Step-by-step instruction from a BFA artist and former educator
All supplies to complete one 9” x 11” landscape painting
Guided practice before we begin your final piece
Optional frame available to add at checkout or during class
